Lobster Nebula

NGC6357_SHO_LRGB

Lobster Nebula or NGC 6357 is a huge emission nebula named after his obvious shape. Sometimes it is also called "War and Peace" Nebula due to the  chaotic structures of shock waves created by a young star cluster. This cluster in the center of the image is called Pismis 24 containing some of the most massive stars we know in the order of more than a 100 sun masses.
