Heart Nebula:The extended emission nebula in Cassiopeia, called properly Heart Nebula, is very typical for this kind of galactic nebulae. A cluster of hot young stars in the center, just being born out of their stellar nursary, are exciting the gas and dust clouds from where they were born and so shape and illuminate them in phantastic structures. The image has been made up using narrowband filters for the emission lines of hydrogen H-alpha, oxygen [O3] and sulphur [S2].
