
Comet C/2011 W3 (Lovejoy) 24.12.2011: This Kreutz Sungrazer Comet has survived its close encounter with the sun and is on its way back into the outer parts of our solar system. Very early in the morning it is visible in the second half of December 2011 in the southern sky in the constellation of Scorpius.
