Orion Nebula Region: This image is a combination of a series of exposures taken with two different focal lengths of 530mm and 380mm.The very deep image took nearly 10 hours of exposure to unveil the incredible beauty and complexity of this sky object using H-alpha and [O3] narrow band filters in addition to normal RGB filters. The long exposure reveals how Orion and Running Man Nebula are imbedded in a vast molecular dust cloud. From this cloud the young bright stars, which generate by their strong ultraviolett radiation the emission and reflection colors of both nebulae, were once born.
