Open Cluster M38: M38 is one of the prominent Open Star Clusters in the constellation of Auriga. It is about 200 Mio years old and lies approx. 4000 LY from us. It can be observed even with binoculars.
The image was taken at the observatory of IAS at Hakos Farm in Namibia.
