Great Barred Spiral Galaxy: This wonderful galaxy in the southern constellation of Fornax is one of the greatest examples of a barred spiral galaxy. It is in a distance of about 56 mio LY. Latest research indicates that our Milky Way might resemble this galaxy very much.
