47 Tucanae-5 inch

47 Tucanae: This exposure taken with the TMB 130 f/6 reveals the splendor of this phantastic Globular Cluster. Several million suns shine in an astronomically small space of only 120 LY across, bound by their gravitation. NGC 104, as it is also called, is in a distance of about 12000 LY.
