Galactic Nebula NGC 7380: Actually NGC 7380 denotes the Open Cluster in the center of this image. Hot bright stars of this cluster generate this beautiful emission nebula with also small reflection nebulae areas. Typical for a star generating region shock fronts and trunk-like structures are created by the strong radiation and star winds.
