Carina-Centaurus
Carina-Centaurus: The wide-angle image displays a view from the central part of the southern constellation of Carina towards Centaurus complementing a previous one of Central Carina. Here again several highlights of the southern sky can be identified.
To the right magnificent Eta Carinae Nebula and to the left Running Chicken Nebula; in the center the Galactic Nebulae NGC 3576 and NGC 2603.
On the upper edge of the image the Open Cluster NGC 3532 and above Running Chicken the Open Cluster NGC 3766 are displayed.
