Emission Nebula Sh2-88: This weak emission nebula lies in a HII region within the northern constellation of Vulpecula in a distance of approximately 800 LY. It is a good object for narrow band imaging, since it emits radiation in the spectral ranges of H-alpha, OIII and SII. The image shows the nebula according to the arrangement of the Hubble Palette.
