Cave Nebula

SH2_155_HaLRGB

Cave Nebula: The nebula with the designation Sh2-155 resides in the northern constellation of Cepheus. It is part of a huge molecular cloud, in which new stars are continuously born. Large parts of the image have a red tint, since they were made up by the intensive radiation of ionized hydrogen.

If you look at the image intensively, you might really feel like entering a dark cave.
