Fornax Dwarf Galaxy: This very faint elliptical galaxy is a satellite galaxy of our Milky Way in a distance of appr. 450000 Light Years. It contains 6 Globular Clusters, some of them are recognizable in this image (fuzzy looking stars). Many of the stars are quite old showing a yellowish color.

The image was taken at the observatory of IAS at Hakos Farm in Namibia.
